Adapter - part number A-107
Male Thread : 12mm-1.75 Female Thread(Fitting Valve) : 12mm-1.75(EZ-107)
Some oil pans are designed with a recessed drain hole which may prevent the valve from being installed properly. If the valve can not be tightened all the way without hitting the oil pan wall, do not install the Drain Valve to your vehicle. Adapters are available for some models.

A big time saver

The adapter appears to be of the highest quality. This adapter/extension is needed in order to fit the valve onto my 2014 Ford Focus. I won’t install it until the next oil change which will be about another month so I cannot comment on the install. However I did install a valve on my 2010 Ford Crown Vic about a year ago & I can say the valve works wonderful. Being able to control the flow rate eliminates all spills and it saves a great deal of time plus it is far less messy because I do not have to clean oil off my hands or tools. Overall OildrainValve.net products are a good value.

great product but needs longer adapter

Very well made. But better check your clearances. The adapter for the 2003 3.8L Buick LeSabre and 2001 Monte Carlo needs to be 2 or 3 times as long to not bang into the tranny pan. The 107 as recommended cannot be attached, even with the adapter. The recommended part for the Ford Ranger works like a charm...
Again, great product, if it clears during rotation.

Adapter for Ford Escape

My local distributor failed to tell me an adapter was required for Ford Escape, so one more messy oil change was needed. I ordered one from oildrainvalve.net to Canada with no problem. Ford oil filters mounted at an angle still cause drips though.

If you are not sure if you need it, buy it any way. It makes life easier to install the drain valve.

FOR ME THIS ADAPTER HELP TO MAKE THE DRAIN LONGER.I NEEDED TO CLEAR A MOUNT AND WORKED OUT GREAT.GOOD PRODUCT

Recently I learned of an excellent machine product which greatly speeds up, and cleans up, the oil changing process with my 5.3 liter Silverado pickup. The valve and hardware are of the highest quality, and are soundly engineered. I'm very pleased.
Also, the EZ Valve customer service is as good as it gets. Placed my order on-line on Thursday, and received it in the U.S. Mail the following Monday. That's two business days from Washington State to Nashville, Tennessee. I'd forgotten to order an additional small accessory, and when I notified EZ Valve, they sent it immediately, and for no extra charge.
I highly recommend this product line, and the fine people who operate the company.
